My Story

My career began as a Petroleum Engineer focused on improving operational performance and helping organizations make better decisions through data. After identifying a significant gap in how information was delivered to decision makers, I developed the proof of concept that became Helmerich & Payne's Business Intelligence organization.

Over the following years, I built and led analytics, reporting, data engineering, and HR technology teams supporting operations across six continents. My experience spans enterprise analytics, workforce strategy, governance, acquisition integration, executive reporting, and organizational transformation.

A United States Marine Corps combat veteran, many of the leadership principles I rely on today—accountability, servant leadership, and leading from the front—were shaped during my military service and reinforced throughout my career building teams and developing future leaders.

Today, I am focused on opportunities where I can combine leadership, technology, analytics, and people development to help organizations achieve measurable business outcomes.
